Charity Drive to Children Protection Home

E-Learners club from SOCIT had organized Charity Drive in INTI college to raise fund and useful items to be donated to the orphanage. We set up a booth at the 2nd floor main entrance for a week. The booth operated from 10 am to 5 pm so we can collect the items easily from the student. A lot of student donated generously and we managed to collect RM480 in cash and books as well as clothes. We gave a special bookmark designed by our members as a token of appreciation to the students who donated. After the charity drive ended, we gathered all the items and hand it to the Children Protection Society which is located at Jalan York. The management of the orphanage accepted the items with a warm heart. This event was organized to show that college students also can involve in social activity as well as can contribute to the community. We take this opportunity to thank whoever donated during the charity drive week.
